ORDER
This petition has been filed to to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month as imposed in the order dated 18.12.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.24420 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a heart patient and he has undergone a surgery and hence, modification of the condition imposed on him is sought.
3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Puducherry, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until futher orders. In the event, the petitioner is unable to appear before the concerned Court, he is entitled to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. seeking to dispense with his appearance and the same shall be considered liberally in the light of the medical certificate produced by the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
