This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give necessary police protection to the body and person of the petitioner and his family members. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that this matter relates a boundary dispute and there is a civil suit pending in O.S.No.4673 of 2014, wherein the Civil Court has granted an interim relief. 3.When already there is an interim order passed by the civil Court, it is always open to the respective parties to approach the civil Court seeking appropriate remedy.
