ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction directing the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.06.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that in this case, on receipt of the complaint dated 24.06.2021, CSR No.740 of 2021 has been assigned. The petitioner has been called for enquiry along with necessary materials, if any available, but the petitioner had failed to appear and cooperate with the enquiry. The veracity of the complaint can be verified. Thereafter, the complaint would be proceeded in accordance with law.
