Seeking a direction to the respondent police to take action on the petitioner's complaint on 09.11.2008, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.It is seen that the complaint was filed as early as 09.11.2008 and this petition has been filed in 2015. Therefore, the respondent police will not have records as they have not registered regular FIR. In such circumstances, this Court cannot issue any direction on account of laches on the part of the petitioner. 4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
