PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent herein to issue Non Traceable Certificate with regard to the Original Title Deed Document No.3273/2011 dated 24.08.2011 registered in the office of SRO Valapadi, Salem District pursuant to her complaint dated 06.01.2022 given to the first respondent within the stipulated time.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate with regard to the Original Title Deed Document No.3273/2011 dated 24.08.2011 registered in the office of SRO Valapadi, Salem District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that as per the guidelines issued by the Director General of Police regarding issuance of Non traceable Certificate in respect of Missing Original Land Documents, the petitioner has to furnish all the particulars whereas, he has not furnished those particulars.

3. In such view of the mater, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police and give all the particulars as required under the circular Page No:2/4

issued by the Director General of Police in RC.No.2029209/Gen 1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. On receipt of such particulars, the respondent police shall consider the same and pass orders on merits.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
