ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue Vanitha, daughter of Kumar, aged about 17 years before this Court and handover the custody to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the brother of the detenue.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured and a case has also been registered against the third respondent and he is remanded to judicial custody.
4.The detenue has been produced before this Court. The detenue is ready and willing to go along with her parents. 5.In such view of the matter, the detenue is set and liberty and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
