The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 306 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.105 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant's daughter and abused her using filthy language, since one Santhosh and one Keerthika of the same Village were speaking with each other in the defacto complainant's house, due to which, the defacto complainant's daughter committed suicide. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

pri Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.16966 and 22460 of 2021 and this Court dismissed the said petitions.

5.Considering the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.16966 and 22460 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.This criminal original petition is accordingly dismissed. 07.07.2022 pri Crl.O.P.No.15772 of 2022 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
