This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2025.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner who is working as a Post Graduate Assistant - Physics at Government Higher Secondary School, Thirumanoor, Salem District had been placed under suspension. Subsistence allowance has been paid to him. But subsequently, it is contended that the order of suspension had been revoked. Now, by representation dated 12.03.2025, the petitioner seeks that the balance salary amount payable to him, should be paid to him.

3.A direction is given to the respondents that the representation dated 12.03.2025 given by the petitioner should be Page No.2 of 4

examined in accordance with law and appropriate orders be passed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
