O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.06.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for blacklisting of certain Contractors.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 19.08.2021 this Court directed the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent and also the learned counsel appearing for 3rd respondent to take instructions and report before the Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that the request made by the petitioner had been taken on file and a decision will be taken and informed to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2/4

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel on behalf of the respondents, there shall be direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.06.2021 and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the same to the petitioner.

5. This Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
