ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 23.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.324 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Paramathi, Namakkal District.

2. The present impugned order has been passed on 23.03.2026 in an application filed under Section 223 of the BNSS, 2023.

3. According to the petitioner, he has given a complaint on 21.09.2022 in respect of damages caused to the PVC pipe. In this regard, the learned Magistrate has referred about the findings rendered by the Civil Court and also found that there was a delay of 9 years in filing such complaint.

4. Taking into consideration of the above aspects, this Court is of the firm view that there is no perversity in the order passed by the learned Magistrate and hence, there are no grounds to entertain the present Criminal Revision Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. 27.04.2026 dna
