(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the crime number has been assigned as Crime No.978 of 2020 for an offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. against the petitioners.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition with the said crime number.
