ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10567 of 2025, on 08.04.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10567 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
