The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.709 of 2021, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed on 21.10.2022 and the same is taken on file in P.R.C.No.15 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
