O R D E R

The petitioner, earlier, filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.3690 of 2015 in which an order was passed on 13.02.2015 in the following manner:

"3.According to the petitioner, the President of Neivilakku Village panchayat is attempting to convert the petitioner's patta land into a burial ground. Since the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against the 3rd respondent are not gone into and it is left open to the 2nd respondent to consider the same.

4.Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2014, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs."

2.Pursuant to the said order passed, the respondent no.2 has communicated to the respondent no.3 dated 07.07.2015 to look into the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.04.2015. Seeking appropriate action on the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Taking into consideration of the communication sent by the respondent no.2 to respondent no.3 dated 07.07.2015, the said authority is directed to take appropriate steps in the manner known to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the merits of the case.
