The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.11.2024, for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(c) & 29(1) of NDPS Act 1985 altered to Section 8(c) r/w 22(c), 29(1) & 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act in Crime No.311 of 2024, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. It is seen from records that there is no representation for the petitioner on several occasions, which reveals that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
