There is no representation for the petitioners. 2.
The petitioners have not filed proof of service for notice to the 2nd respondent, though permission to take private notice was granted. This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the final report in C.C.No.984 of 2023 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

The police has submitted incriminating material for the charge against the petitioners, which attracts offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, Act r/w 34 of IPC. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the trial. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
