ORDER

When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced the order passed by the respondent in letter No.120/2026 dated 19.06.2026. 2.In the Writ Petition, the respondent was directed to conduct an enquiry and pass orders as per the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in the Sudha Ravi Kumaar Vs. The Special Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Chennai - 34 case reported in 2017 SCC Online Mad 19191.

Since, the direction issued by this Court in the main Writ Petition has been complied with by the respondent by conducting a preliminary enquiry and passing an order, the Contempt Petition is closed.
