This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.01.2023 made in W.P.No.24757 of 2022.

2. Today when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court on 05.01.2023 in W.P.No.24757 of 2022 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 05.06.2026 in Na.Ka.No.21933/2021/N-1 passed by the respondent herein to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent and also recording the aforesaid proceedings dated 05.06.2026, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
