This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 3004 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment passed in S.C.No.30 of 2016 dated 29.11.2016 by learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
