O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to register the settlement deed dated 28.03.2025 and release the document.

2. Heard Ms.S.Sengkodi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the online application was made and token was also generated and in spite of the same, the third respondent was refusing to entertain the settlement deed dated 28.03.2025 executed by the petitioner in favour of her son.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be direction to the third respondent to entertain the settlement deed and 2/4

register the same, if it is otherwise in order. If the third respondent is not inclined to register, a refusal check slip has to be issued by assigning proper reasons. This process shall be completed within a period of one

(1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
