Seeking cancellation of the registration done, a representation was given by the petitioner on 11.07.2015, followed by a remainder on 10.08.2015. The said representations have been made basing reliance upon the judgment and decree passed in S.A.Nos.343 & 344 of 1988 on 28.04.2000. On receipt of the above, the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 in and by proceedings dated 07.08.2015 to look into the same, take appropriate action and inform the petitioner. As despite the same no further progress has been made, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to the pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the communication made by the respondent no.1 dated 07.08.2015, in the manner known to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
