W.P.No.14078 of 2020 W.P.No.14078 of 2020 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J., This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner through Video Conferencing.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though he filed a Miscellaneous Petition for impleading United India Insurance Co. Ltd., as party to the Writ Petition and the said petition was also ordered by this Court on 18.02.2021, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., has been omitted to be added as the 4th Respondent in the final order dated 18.02.2021 and therefore, the order dated 18.02.2021 requires suitable modification.

3. The Respondents have not objected to carry out the modification as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Finding justification in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the No Objection given by the respondents, this Court directs the Registry to incorporate the proposed respondent shown in W.M.P.No.3212 of 2021 as R4 in the main Writ Petition and in the order dated S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.

W.P.No.14078 of 2020 ar 18.02.2021 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the respective parties forthwith.
