The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 03.07.2018, to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
