Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.J.C.DURAIRAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 9822 of 2020 dated 01.07.2020.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.
