The petitioner made a representation dated 29.08.2015 for return of the Bank Guarantee amount of Rs.2,45,145/- on the ground that the order passed on 10.08.2010 has been set aside by the Appellate Court in C.A.No.134 of 2010 on 27.07.2012. As the said representation has not been considered favourably, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
