(CRIME NO.80/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to amend the petitioner's husband Name in the above Crl.O.P.No.9822 of 2020 which was ordered by this Hon'ble Court on 01.07.2020 as shankar instead of Sandeer on the file of respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.J.C.DURAIRAJ, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's husband name in the above Crl.O.P.No.9822 of 2020 which was ordered by this Court on 01.07.2020 as Shankar instead of Sandear on the file of the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
