Heard M/s.M.Jayanthi, learned counsel for appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5, Mr.C.Kulanthaivel, learned counsel for 7th respondent and perused the documents available on record. Though the notice was sent to the 6th respondent, it was returned as 'no such addressee' and there is no representation on behalf of the 6th respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the appeal petition dated 22.05.2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing on the side of the respondents seeks time to consider the appeal petition, which is pending before the respondents 1 and 2.

4. In the light of the fact that appeal is pending before the 2/4

respondents 1 and 2, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider appeal dated 22.05.2024, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the concerned parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
