The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition and would submit that the petitioner has requested to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also forwarded the request sent by the petitioner to withdraw the present petition through email and the same is as follows: "I have filed a petition before the honourable high court in CMP No.13618/2019 in CRP No.2104/19 against the order of the Honourable subordinate judge at Coonoor in I.A.No.14/19 in HMOP No.19/2018 dated 26.03.2019. The same may be withdrawn. I would like to inform your good self to withdraw the revision petition filed by me."
