ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint dated 09.02.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On the complaint dated 09.02.2015 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.70 of 2015, and the same was closed on 11.02.2015 on the ground that the opposite party had agreed to settle the money with the petitioner. But, whereas the opposite party had failed to comply with the undertaking. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the opposite party had cheated the petitioner by promise of job.

4. Under such circumstances, the second respondentPolice is directed to re-open the enquiry in CSR.No.70 of 2015 and proceed further in accordance with law.
