Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 4 imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP.5953/2021 dated 02.06.2021 in Crl.OP.No.5027/2021 dated 22.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MOHAN RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5953 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5027 of 2021 on 02.06.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
