O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 21.04.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.N.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for first respondent and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for second respondent.

3. The petitioner is relying upon the sale deed dated 12.02.1993 and the release deed dated 11.03.2021. The petitioner is also relying upon the patta issued in Patta No.102, which stands in the name of the grandfather of the petitioner. The petitioner submitted an application dated 21.04.2025 seeking for transfer of patta. Since the same 2/4

was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 21.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
