(CRIME NO.7 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12222 of 2021 order dated 15/7/2021 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders, for the reason stated above, in Crime No. 7 of 2021. on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Cell,Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GANESH RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 15.07.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 15.07.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
