This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking early disposal of I.D.O.P.No.2 of 2015 filed by the petitioner/husband before the Principal District Judge, Vellore.

2. From the adjudication, it is seen that the interlocutory application filed by the respondent / wife for return of articles is pending.

3. Therefore, the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.15 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/husband will co-operate in letter and spirit. After such disposal, the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
