Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13025 of 2020 dated 26.08.2020 in respect of condition No.7 © viz., the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13025 of 2020 dated 26.08.2020, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13025 of 2020 dated 26.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police first and third Monday of every Month until further orders.
