ORDER

Alleging that the order passed in W.P.No.3746 of 2011 dated 02.07.2012 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied

with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A5/3410 /2009(1) dated 25.09.2013, to that effect.

3.Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed.
