ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime 1/4

No.206 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.206 of 2023, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.206 of 2023, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 4.Recording the same, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
