The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Paragraph 3 of the order dated 04.07.2023, shows certain inconsistency in the decision of this Court. Whereas in Paragraph 2, this Court has enabled the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. In Paragraph 3, it is stated as 'new' cause of action.

3.The word 'any new' in line 2 of Paragraph 3 of the order dated 04.07.2023, is now required to be replaced with the word 'same'. 4.Mr.K.S.Jeyaganeshan, the learned counsel submitted that his name was omitted to be stated in the order.
