Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to stop the unauthorised construction made by the 3rd respondent in his agricultural land in RS.No.254/5, 254/9B, 254/4A of Pallipalayam Village, Komarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District within the time fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2019 within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(1)The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also circulated a letter dated 14.10.2020 to the Registry to that effect.

(2)The Court heard the submissions of Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayan, learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent ; Mr.M.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent also.

(3)In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the light of the submission of the Letter dated 14.10.2020 to the Registry, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
