This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 429 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for appellants and the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and also directed to print the name of Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for respondent in the cause list.

4. Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for respondent submitted that challenging the very same award, the Transport http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2

Corporation has already filed an appeal in C.M.A. No.3384 of 2019 and the same is pending.

5. Post this matter for admission along with the appeal in C.M.A. No.3384 of 2019 on 25.11.2020 .
