The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of FCOP No.105 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal to the Sub Court, Palacode.

2. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife. She is residing in the parents house at Marandahalli, Palacode.

3. Mr.Vivek, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband would submit that he apprehends threat to his life in going to Palacode as the family of the wife is very influential in Palacode.

4. Considering the allegations and counter allegations made, I am of the opinion that the proceedings should be held at a neutral venue. Hence, FCOP No.105 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Namakkal and transferred to the Sub Court, Dharmapuri to be disposed of in accordance with law. The Transfer CMP is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
