2. Adverting to the aforementioned electronic mail communication, learned counsel submits that the representation dated 24.12.2020 qua which the Mandamus prayer has been made in the captioned writ petition, has since been disposed of by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondent vide proceedings dated 04.01.2021 bearing reference O.Mu.No.58108/2020/V1 and therefore, nothing survives in the matter.
3. Learned counsel for writ petitioner reiterates the electronic mail communication and requests permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition. Request acceded to.
4. Captioned writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
