This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner exempting him to pay the balance Court fee of Rs.9,000/- in the C.M.A.SR.No.65111 of 2020.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms. M.Malar, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks four weeks time for payment of court fee.
