This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2020 on merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to consider his representation dated 06.01.2020, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2020, on merit, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
