Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to incorporate petitioner's name by replacing the respective vendors name in patta Nos. 952, 775 and 432 in corresponding Re-Survey Numbers.519/5, 519/6 and 519/7 Peramiam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2015 by appreciating the above stated facts.

The petitioner is said to have purchased the properties by separate Sale Deeds dated 03.12.2013 and 24.12.2013. Thereafter, a representation was made by him on 08.09.2015 seeking issuance of patta, as the earlier patta is said to be in the name of his vendor. Seeking disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to other private parties. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case, including the jurisdiction of the respondent no.2 in this issue.
