This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in in crime No.63 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with illegal possession of 30 Kgs of Ganja Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner ready to abide any conditions. He prays to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused persons is commercial quantity.
5. Considering the gravity of the offence, this court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 19.06.2024 pbl T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
