ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 354-A(1)(i), 376, 511, 294(b) of IPC, in Crime No.586 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the petitioner are different communities. Further, the petitioner had misbehaved the defacto complainant and pushed her and try to sexual assault on her. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 20.07.2021. He further submits that the petitioner filed a bail application in CMP.No.586 of 2021 and the same was dismissed on 30.07.2021 before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had misbehaved the defacto complainant and pushed her. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the defacto complainant grazing the cattle in her land, at that time, the petitioner had misbehaved and pushed her and try to sexual assault on her, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
