2. There is no serious objection in impleading the de facto complainant in the present application by the learned Govt Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Having considered the submissions made by either side and upon the averments made in the affidavit, the proposed respondent is none other than the de facto complainant, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary Amendment in the revision case and list the matter on 09.06.2026.
