Respondents Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Guidelines of the first respondent University dated NIL issued by the first respondent in their website and quash the same insofar as the same by insisting for individual 50% marks in Clinical and VivaVoce separately for MS ortho Degree examination as ultra vires and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to declare the petitioner as pass in the Clinical and viva voce examination held on October, 2014.
