(Order of the Court was made by J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.) This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action with regard to notice bearing letter No.10/4194/2024 dated
04.04.2024 to de-occupy 4th, 5th and 6th respondents and to seal the deviated premises belonging to the 3rd respondent i.e., Door No.27/1, Elango Nagar Main Road, Virugambakkam, Chennai - 600 092.
2. Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 sought three weeks time to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently notice has been issued to petitioner's address i.e., Door No.27/2, Elango Nagar Main Road, Virugambakkam, Chennai - 600 092 instead of Door No.27/1, Elango Nagar Main Road, Virugambakkam, Chennai - 600 092. In this regard, the petitioner has also given a representation dated 02.05.2024 to the authority concerned.
4. Respondents 1 and 2 shall take note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the unauthorised construction has
been put up in Door No.27/1, Elango Nagar Main Road, Virugambakkam, Chennai - 600 092. Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to take action with regard to the unauthorised construction in Door No.27/1, Elango Nagar Main Road, Virugambakkam, Chennai - 600 092.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
