2. The present Original Petition has been filed under Section 9 (ii) (d) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking protection of the vehicle of the petitioner, namely TVS King Duramax 225 LC bearing registration No.TN09-CW-2696.

3. My learned predecessor had granted interim injunction on 08.07.2022. But, since there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent, the order stands absolute.

4. The Original Application stands closed.

5. However, an obligation is placed on the petitioner to refer the dispute before the Arbitrator on or before 31.01.2023, failing which, the order granted now will stand vacated.
